This material is already pre-cut and ready to mix. Comes pre-cut with water, however additional water can be added.

SP Elite Installation 

Product Overview: SP Elite is a high-quality Hybrid formula designed for various surface applications. It comes pre-cut, eliminating the need for water addition. Please read this user manual thoroughly before using the product.

Preparation: Ensure the substrate is sanded well with 220 grit and is clean, dry, and free from any contaminants before application. Shake the product well before mixing.

Mixing:

1. Combine 2 parts of Component "A" with 1 part of Component "B". (Shake “A” component really well first)
2. Mix the components thoroughly for approximately 45 seconds until a consistent mixture is achieved.
3. Note: If the "A" side with the gloss appears thicker you can add a touch of water while mixing to achieve the desired consistancy. The "A" can thicken slightly in transit when enviroments change in climate. Shake upon receiving. Crack the top and allow to rest for 1 minute before applying.

Application Tips:

1. Rollers- 1/4" nap work best. Size- for anything larger than a sample board, use 6" or 9". But if you choose 9" be sure to mix extra material to allow for the roller to absorb some.

   
   

   For GLOSS formula use a 1/4" nap roller for the wet roll and finish with a 1/2" nap dry roller. MATTE formula can be applied in the same manner if desired.

   
   
   Recipe: 0.375 x sq ft. Of project = ounces needed. Round up to next number if needed (example: 50 sq ft x .375 = 18.75. Round up to 21 since it's a 2:1 and increases by increments of 3.)

Storage: Keep SP Elite in a cool, dry storage area away from direct sunlight. Ensure the container is tightly sealed after each use to maintain product integrity.

Cleaning: Use water to clean application tools immediately after use to prevent the Topcoat from hardening.

Drying Time: SP Elite will be dry to the touch in approximately 24 hours at a temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit.

Shelf Life: The shelf life of SP Elite is 6 months from the date of manufacture. Ensure proper storage to maximize product lifespan.
